We are looking for a Product Manager to develop and execute tailored campaign strategies for our debut title. You will work closely with our Community Manager, Producer, CEO, and Marketing consultant, & act as the central point of multiple disciplines and external vendors to meet the project’s needs.
Responsibilities:
• Working with our Marketing consultant, Community Manager, and team management to develop and execute the marketing campaign, positioning and key messaging
• Applying the strategic thinking and positioning to creation of assets and the marketing activity in each phase of the campaign and post launch
• Develops and updates tactical plans during each stage of the campaign
• Works with the Associate Product Manager to develop the project plan of tasks and timelines and makes sure we are on track and the work is getting done
• Leads the creation of marketing assets including trailers, key art, store page copy etc.
• Briefs and manages marketing suppliers such as the PR agency, trailer editors etc.
• Manages the marketing costs budget
• Creates pitch materials
• Works with the Producer on their titles to coordinate on timings, marketing requirements from the developers and conducting creative reviews at key points in development
• Sets goals and tracks performance of each title against target metrics
• Reviews and analyses data: e.g. sales, wishlists, traffic and pulls out actionable insights
Requirements
• Experience in product marketing, brand management, or publishing within the games industry, preferably on an indie title.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including working with developers, PR agencies, and internal teams.
• A creative mindset, with a track record of developing innovative marketing ideas.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, flexible environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience launching indie games on platforms including Steam, PlayStation and Xbox.

We are looking for a Lighting Artist with a cinematic eye, realtime performance aptitude, and strong creative/technical background in Unreal. This Artist will be able to conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within a schedule, while actively participating in technical and artistic problem solving, and will be able to partner with multiple disciplines to meet the project’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Set up, implement, and polish cinematic lighting for both interior and exterior game environments
Work with the Art Director and Art Team to follow concepts and general visual direction of levels, with the ability to self-direct as needed
Collaborate with level designers on highlighting aspects that are important for gameplay
Identify improvements and efficiencies within our lighting pipeline to speed production and reduce costs at run time
Participate in giving & receiving critiques to ensure scenes are as impactful as they can be for narrative storytelling
Author post-processing effects such as color grading, exposure, tone mapping, bloom, etc.
Deliver assets within specific time constraints for marketing materials, game demos, and various stages of production
Bonus:
Generalist experience with environment art in UE5 is a plus

All submissions must include examples showing personal and/or professional artwork.
Details:
Contract role, 2 - 4 months
Remote position with a distributed team
Will work most closely with team members in UTC-7, UTC-5, and UTC+1.
Note that we are an indie team and this is our debut game. Due to budget considerations, we are most likely able to hire a mid-level artist, but please apply if you believe you are a fit for the position and share your rate expectations for a freelance role.
